Research Project: The effect of 2D nanosheet size on the performance of printed devices
Supervisors: Jonathan Coleman (TCD), Felice Torrisi (ICL)
Anthony graduated from his undergraduate degree in Applied Physics at the University of Galway (UG) in 2022. During his time in Galway, Anthony had a chance to work in the Irish Photonic Integration Centre (IPIC) and complete a project with UG’s Agtech research group.
Now part of the Coleman group in TCD, Anthony’s research will focus on characterising the electronic properties of 2D materials, focusing particularly on the impact of nanosheet aspect ratio on the performance of printed networks.
What differentiates the CDT ACM is the increased familiarity with facilities, techniques, and academic groups gained from working between the two partner universities.
