Biography
Research Project: Functional devices from 2D Borophene Oxide.
Supervisors: Dr. Adam Clancy (UCL), Prof. Camille Petit (ICL)
Donagh completed his undergraduate degree at Trinity College Dublin, working in Prof. Yurii Gun’ko’s group on water purification membranes from oxidised boron nitride and layered double hydroxides. He is now a PhD candidate in Adam Clancy’s group at UCL, working on ‘Functional Devices from 2D Borophene Oxide’.
Ryan BowerI really enjoyed my time as a member of the CDT-ACM. It provided the opportunity to gain experience with a wide range of materials characterisation techniques and to engage with the wider research community by participating in conferences and Outreach events.
